There is now a reduced cleaning service in place across the estate. However, a team will continue to provide a weekly presence on the estate and will focus on the following key areas:

• Sweeping and mopping of communal areas, lifts and lobbies.
• Litter picking
• Cleaning of door handles, buttons and handrails
• Collection of dumped waste/ fly-tipping
• Rotation of chute-fed bins

Please note that the next estate inspection which was scheduled for 8^th and 9^th April 2020 has now been cancelled. However, residents are encouraged to contact the TMO by phone t report any concerns noticed in relation to cleaning or grounds maintenance across the estate.
