Leaseholders pay a service charge which covers services in communal areas such as cleaning, caretaking, and grounds maintenance.

Service charges are calculated and billed by Southwark Council. You can pay your service charges online or by calling 0845 600 0611. You will need your account number to hand.

The easiest way to pay your service charge is to set up a Standing Order with your bank.

If you are a leaseholder who sublets your property you must give us the details of your tenant so we can register them on our database.

You are responsible for ensuring your tenants do not cause a nuisance or behave antisocially.
