The Gloucester Grove Estate is within the Peckham ward of the Borough of Southwark.

The Gloucester Grove Estate was constructed in the 1970's. In the 1990's much of the estate was transformed by Estate Action funding. Homes were refurbished, garden and play areas were introduced and block entrances were transformed with large glass atriums. The cutting edge design won architectural awards.

Gloucester Grove Estate enjoys a diverse mix of ethnicities which help to create our vibrant community. The estate has a large young adult population and is also home to a high percentage of family households.
