We do not stand for antisocial behaviour on our estate and can and do take action against troublemakers. Antisocial behaviour is a breach of your tenancy/leasehold and can ultimately result in eviction, fines and legal action.

The process of an antisocial behaviour complaint:

• The Initial Stage: Report anti-social behaviour to the TMO estate office. We will initially try to resolve the situation with both parties, without the need for further action. This could include writing warning letters or offering mediation to help resolve the situation.
• Referral to Southwark Council: If the situation does not improve we will make a referral to Southwark Council for further action. This will culminate in legal action and eviction if the problems persist and the perpetrator does not change their behaviour despite warning letters and offers of mediation.
