There have been ongoing water penetration issues at Quedegeley Court and Westonbirt Court. We apologise for the delay in resolving these concerns.
 
Southwark Council Communal Repairs Team has informed us that their contractor has requested a building surveyor to inspect the roof to identify the cause of the leaks. The surveyor will recommend the necessary repairs to address the issue.
 
 In the meantime, the cleaners are checking the blocks daily and mopping up any water from rainfall. Wet floor signs will be placed in affected areas to ensure safety.
