In accordance with our Management Agreement with Southwark Council, Gloucester Grove TMO is tasked with consulting all tenants and leaseholders about the future of this agreement.
We will shortly be asking you to participate in a secret ballot to express your choice whether you would like Gloucester Grove TMO to continue managing the estate for another five years.
All tenants and leaseholders (but not sub-tenants of leaseholders) registered at the property are entitled to vote. We encourage you to show your support for the TMO’s efforts by voting YES and by listening to your feedback, we aim to provide even more value to everyone on the estate.
A YES vote will help us continue to cater to the local needs of Gloucester Grove residents.
A NO vote would mean returning housing management and the repairs service to Southwark Council.
The ballot will be conducted over a two-week period starting commencing in October.. Since 2014, the TMO has made considerable strides in enhancing services for residents. By listening to your views, we plan to deliver even greater benefits to the estate.
We hope that you will express your support for the work that Gloucester Grove TMO is doing and hopes to continue in the future. However, the most important thing is that we get the opinions of as many of our residents as possible.
