Gloucester Grove Tenant Management Organisation (GGTMO) is seeking support from residents for an upcoming opportunity to apply to participate in a Community Led Housing Project.

The TMO is looking to build new homes which meet the needs of residents on our estate and would like to hear your thoughts, views and opinions. We are looking to understand:

• What works well on the estate? 
• What could be improved?
• How best to engage the wider community in the scheme? 
• General feelings towards regeneration
• What is required to stay true to the people of Gloucester Grove in a build project?

We will be conducting paid (£50) online workshops with residents on the 8th and 9th April 2021 led by our trusted partner COMUZI to listen to and capture your point of view. 

We will also be providing a call in service for those who may not have a reliable internet connect so they can also participate. 

In this session we will also encourage you to invite your children to join the conversation. We believe that young people’s voices are integral to successful community regeneration project alongside adult residents. 

At this stage, nothing is set in stone. No decisions about the proposed Community Led Housing project have been made. 

This is the first step in the process for the Tenant Management Organisation, taking the time to meaningfully listen to your views. 

Our sessions are open to all but we particularly encourage participation from residents who identify:

• with a disability
• as Black or any other ethic minority
• as residents over 65+
• LGBTQIA
