Service Delivery During Lockdown Dec 20 - April 21

You will be aware that London and the South East were placed under Tier 4 Lockdown on Sunday 20 December 2020 due to further concerns regarding COVID-19. 

As a result, the housing office located at Wickway Court will stay closed to residents throughout the duration of this lockdown. 

The operational team will be working remotely over this period - therefore access to services are via the following:

Please be advised that during this period, we will only be processing repairs of an urgent/emergency nature. Any non-urgent repairs will be noted and then addressed when restrictions are relaxed.
