Welcome to Gloucester Grove TMO

Gloucester Grove Tenant Management Organisation is an independent democratic company owned by residents who live on the Gloucester Grove Estate within the borough of Southwark.  We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) responsible for delivering a housing management service to 418 homes within the Peckham ward in Southwark.  The organisation also supports the delivery of a range of non-housing initiatives and schemes which are of benefit to residents within the community it operates.

Latest additions to our community

We like to welcome residents of Alder House, Davey Street and Cator Street to the Gloucester Grove Estate community.  From October 2016 and following a period of consultation with residents and discussions with Southwark Council, the TMO will now deliver the housing management services to residents of these blocks - a combined total of 56 households.  

 

 

Business Plan

The organisation recently completed its new five year strategic business plan.  The plan outlines the aims,objectives, aspirations and risks of our company.

 

Our Key Objectives are:

To represent all our residents fairly and equally.

To deliver and equitable service which is open and transparent.

To deliver high quality services which responds to the needs of our local residents.

To help foster community cohesion and partnership working amongst all local community groups.

To promote community involvement and participation on the estate.

To Manage the TMO's finances efficiently and effectively.
